Greg Reidy<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Co-Founder, Chief Investment Officer<\/h4>\n

Mr. Reidy is a founding partner and the Chief Investment Officer of Hampshire Family Office.<\/p>\n

Prior to founding Hampshire Family Office, Mr. Reidy was the Managing Director of Alternative Investments at Fieldpoint Private where his team sourced, underwrote and delivered bespoke investment solutions from the private markets. Mr. Reidy\u2019s clientele invested over a billion dollars in uniquely sourced private investments and partnered with other family offices to enhance buying power and deliver consistent alpha.<\/p>\n

Mr. Reidy began his wealth management career in 1997 as one of the original advisors at Citi Family Office, the firm's primary destination for ultra-high net worth clientele. He was a frequent speaker at Citigroup Alternative Investment conferences and one of the Citi's largest Alternative Investment producers.<\/p><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Dara Johnson<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Co-Founder, Chief of Staff<\/h4>\n

Ms. Johnson is a founding partner and the Chief of Staff of Hampshire Family Office.<\/p>\n

Prior to founding Hampshire Family office, Ms. Johnson was a Managing Director at Fieldpoint Private Securities, LLC for nearly 15 years. At Fieldpoint, she built a successful outsourced family office practice serving ultra-high net worth families. Previously, Ms. Johnson was with Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Merrill Lynch Private Bank & Investment Group, where she advised institutional and high net worth individuals as a client portfolio manager and private wealth advisor.<\/p>\n

Ms. Johnson resides in Old Greenwich, CT with her husband and two children and serves on various boards of local charities.<\/p><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Hart Claypool<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Director of Investments<\/h4>\n

Mr. Claypool is the Director of Investments of Hampshire Family Office.<\/p>\n

Prior to Hampshire Family Office, Mr. Claypool worked closely with Mr. Reidy in building the Alternative Investments program at Fieldpoint Private, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring investments across all alternative investment asset classes, with an emphasis on private markets. In that role, Mr. Claypool would help execute and deliver to clients select investment opportunities, as well as comprehensive, multi-asset class portfolio solutions blending existing holdings with customized future investment programs. Altogether, Mr. Claypool has over 15 years of experience leading alternative investments within multi-family offices. Prior to those roles, Mr. Claypool was an analyst in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at Wachovia Securities.<\/p>\n

Mr. Claypool earned his BA from Princeton University. He resides in New York City with his wife and two children and serves as a Member of the Investment Committee at his church, Treasurer and Board Member of North Park Hockey Association, and as a Trust Protector for a six-generation, Minnesota-based family.<\/p><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Lisa Muccioli<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Chief Administrative Officer<\/h4>\n

Ms. Muccioli is the Chief Administrative Officer of Hampshire Family Office.<\/p>\n

Prior to Hampshire Family Office, Ms. Muccioli served as Vice President, Associate Advisor at Fieldpoint Private where her main responsibilities were maintaining relationships with current clients, as well as cultivating new ones. In addition to relationship development, she conducted valuation analysis and pointed the team's reconciliation of private fund capital calls and distributions. She was also responsible for the administration of over a billion dollars worth of Private Equity investments and creating internet safety protocols.<\/p>\n

In addition to holding her series 7 and 63 licenses, Ms. Muccioli also holds two certifications in Identity Theft Management \u2013 CITRMS (Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist) and CIPA (Certified Identity Protection Advisor). Ms. Muccioli has worked with Mr. Reidy at both the Citi Family Office and Fieldpoint Private.<\/p><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Nicholas Bertha<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Chief Fiduciary Officer, Fieldpoint Private Trust, LLC<\/h4>\n

Mr. Bertha is the Chief Fiduciary Officer of Fieldpoint Private Trust.<\/p>\n

Throughout his career he has worked with clients on complex estate and income tax issues, and helps ultra-high-net-worth families plan for and structure their wealth.\u00a0He has expert-level capability in tax law, wealth transfer, and trusts & estates. His extensive career, spanning over 35\u00a0years, includes prominent positions at Credit Suisse, DLJ and US Trust Company, where he led the Financial Counseling Group for many years. His work has been published in leading journals including Trusts & Estates Magazine and the Tax Lawyer. He is currently on the Conference Board of the Trust & Wealth Management Division of the American Bankers Association.<\/p>\n
